The CEM solution provide a platform to monitoring the specific VIP customers Quality of Experience (QoE). Through the active test and passive monitoring, the VIP customer QoE can be realized immediately so as to take appropriate action to solve the problem before the customer complain.





For passive monitoring, the CEM solution is equipment with call trace, statistics, protocol and user-plane analysis. For active monitoring, the CEM solution can simulate variant mobile services, such as web browsing, video streaming, VoIP and etc., in the VIP location in order to assure the QoE of the VIP customer.
